Description: This vintage Art Deco door lock set is a stunning piece of hardware that will add a touch of elegance to any home. The set includes a pair of original c. 1920's american art deco streamlined yellow brass doorknob escutcheons likely fabricated by lockwood or sargent. These backplates exhibit a uniform brushed brass finish and distinctive profile with stepped motif. They show normal wear from use but are in very good vintage condition. Measuring 6 x 1 3/4 inches. Also included is the original mortise which I have shown both exteriors and interior photos. I know nothing about how it works so it’s being sold as is. Shows wear and front had been painted. No key included. The glass doorknobs are also original and in beautiful condition. Please review photos carefully as they are part of the description. No returned can be accepted on this vintage set.
