Description: TUB82 052024 Vintage Around 40 Pound Line Of 1/2" Thick Sheathed Thinly Stranded Copper Wire RIPS-TEARS-EXPOSED SECTIONS-ELECTRICAL TAPED UP SECTIONS-PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION. I can not find any factory stamping on this wire. This was removed from a very old non climate controlled house that at the time had not seen the light of day for 7+ years, and, before that was visited maybe once every few years. This was downstairs in the shop laying on the floor underneath shelving. I highly doubt this wire did nothing but sit on the floor for well over a decade. It has LOTS of sections where it has been electrical taped, and, has some sections where you can see some of the copper wire exposed, more that likely from being stored on a rough concrete floor, being moved around, E.T.C. It does have a musty odor to it as well. It weighs around 40 pounds. If you intend to use this as it is all one piece, you would definitely need to go through it and tape up several sections, cut out and repair some, and, maybe even tape up some of the previous ones.
