To be 100 years old, this issue is in really good condition. The magazine was folded vertically at some point, but the crease is mildly noticeable on the front cover (partial vertical crease through the F in LIFE also). Slight damage to the top right cover (and 1st page), but overall, the cover is very crisp. Inside pages are in good shape also. I purchased this magazine at an estate sale...I was able to buy the full year for 1922, 1923, 1924 and 1926.
