Description: For your consideration is this Vintage Wooden Yard Stick from the Amran Temple of Raleigh, NC. This stick is square and four sided; One side has measurements marked in inches, One side has measurements marked in Centimeters and the other two sides are marked with advertisement. One advertisement states "I Bought This To Help A Crippled Child" and the other advertisement is for the "Amran Temple-Raleigh, N.C." The stick is 36" (91cm) Long and about 3/4 of an inch thick at the widest point, although it tapers to about 1/2" at the lower end. At the upper, thick, end there is a hole for hanging or possibly a strap of some sort.
