There are mild prescription lenses with bifocal inserts in them, which you will need to replace. There is a black hard case with a black felt lining. Approximate measurements in inches:width: 4-1/2" hinge to hingearms: 4-1/2" temple to furthest part of curvelenses: 1-3/4" across; 2" top to bottomnose: 7/8" between lensesThese have a little tarnish. I will leave in the prescription lenses for templates when having your own made.
