I don't know if American Heritage is related to Heritage Watch Co. or if its a separate entity. If someone knows this, I'd appreciate it if they'd share with me. The watch is vintage and shows obvious signs of wear but it is running!!! I attempted to make a video as evidence of this, but since there is no second hand to watch it is difficult to show. I tried to be quiet enough to record the sound of it ticking. I haven't tested the watch's accuracy for time keeping, but I have been able to observe that both number wheels turn when the watch is wound. This watch's main condition issue in regard to appearance is that there is substantial wear to the gold plating. It would probably look best to just remove the remaining gold plating and simply show the bare stainless steel beneath. The dial has some discoloration and there are scuffs and scratches on the case and crystal, as to be expected with vintage watches that were well loved by their previous owners. The watch and need cleaning. There is a serial # on the back of the case that reads 12752. This is a great opportunity for collectors! Pictures are to be considered as part of the description.
