Vintage American DJ GoboTec DJ / Club Lighting Unit

Description: You are looking at a vintage American DJ GoboTec DJ Light Unit. This one has been sitting in storage for a while with minimal use. I purchased this years back (in the 90's) for a crazy price, although all of these old DJ lights were very expensive when they were sold new. This was a dealer demo unit so only used a few times then put back in the box. Light has been tested and works great. Comes with a functioning 250 watt lamp but I am not responsible if the bulb does not make it through shipping. One of the classic effects from American DJ. This is the GoboTec unit that is very similar to the LyteQuest Prism as it has the same internal rotating gobos, just a different head. The unit has 3 gobos that change every 8 - 10 seconds and rotate constantly. The light projects from the rear of the unit, goes through a convex lens, through the gobo wheels, through another adjustable focus convex lens then onto a rotating multi-color wheel at the top of the unit. The multi-color wheel spins to the beat of the music. The effect is really stunning!! Bulb source is a 82 volt, 250 watt EXY lamp. Unit uses 4 motors for operation. 1 for the gobo rotation, 1 for the gobo changer, 1 for the rotation head and 1 for the cooling fan. The unit has a constantly rotating dichoric mirrored dish that spins inside. The light comes out of the unit and hits a sound active rotating mirrored 4 sided mirror assembly. The effect is awesome with a tunnel of beams that spin and move to the beat of the music. Fixture will ship out in the original box. Pick up is free in Orlando, FL USA.
