Description: This listing is for a Vintage African American Folk Art Original Oil Painting, Figures on a City Street in the Fall. Painted by artist Mark York in 1976. The back has a reference to the store selling the canvas painting board, "The Cottage Art Supplies, at 115 North Wall in Farmington, New Mexico. The paiting itself is on an 8" by 10" canvas board. The frame is 13.75" by 15.75", with a depth of 1.5". The frame was original to the painting when found. The painting and frame are in nice condition with the frame only showing some small imperfections. The painting contains multicolors and has an overall appealing tone. Please understand there can be many variations in used items and/or antique/vintage items. This includes, but is not limited to, size, weight, air bubbles, texture, thickness, shade, shape, and variations in color and creation/manufacturing marks. Preowned items may show signs of use, wear, tear, and/or residue. May contain small imperfections not easily visible and can be part of the manufacturing process.
