The elastic on the sleeves seems like it is relaxed with age, which I kind of enjoy since I hate things tight on my arms. The bottom still has the drawstring to pull it in tight and the hood also has this feature. The velcro on the inside pouch is still very functional, although a section of the stitching has come off on a piece of the velcro, but it doesn't effect the function of the pocket at all and all the other areas are still holding tight.
