Description: Karen Alexander Size: 10 This is a vintage Karen Alexander dress, in great condition. I bought it in the late 80's and maybe wore twice.Bodice is fitted at the waist, with open back. May be worn with or without fabric belt, with bow that matches the bow atop the back. (Photographed both ways).While the skirt tapers at the bottom "wiggle" style, there's some room at the hips underneath the peplum (see measurements). Walking vent or slit in center of back. NOTE: At the top of the vent a thread in the seam is loose (see last photo)Came with BIG 1980's shoulder pads, attached with velcro. I'll include them, but all photos were taken without the shoulder pads in.The fabric is 100% cotton with a polished finish, silvery-gray background with salmon pink and white flowers.Measurements: Bust - 20" (measured across laying flat, approximately at armpits of dolman type sleeves) Waist - 14-1/2" (measured across laying flat) Hips - 20" (measured across laying flat, at fullest point) NOTE: I'm listing several Karen Alexander pieces from the late 80's-early 90's - check them out!
