There is an attached sash that ties in the back. The middle panel of the top has a row of buttons (decorative only). Back zip closure. 100% Rayon. In excellent vintage condition, with no flaws that I could find. Marked size 11; the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it could fit a size Small or a Medium (keeping in mind that this is a dolman-style top).
