Size on tag: 7/8 (there is no way that this would fit a size 8) I think based on the measurements it's closer to a size 2. Approximately: Waist = 26.5" around (12" when measured flat). Inseam = 26” Rise = 12.5" (from crotch to waist) Hips = 17.5" across
