That can be worn on its own with other things. But, it's red and white. A red blouse with ascot tie neck. Attached to a checked pattern vest so it's all one piece. Then the smooth waist ribbed bell bottom pants. Zip front with hook and eye closure. Then the finishing touch, the cape. It is dramatic and fabulous. White ribbed poly knit. Same as the pants. Trimmed with red wide piping and red buttons. Arm slits. Falls mid-thigh to knees depending on your height. Extreme a-line cut so fits most sizes large to x-large.Red is a vivid bright lipstick red.White is a cream white and not as blue white as the photos.
