Short sleeves with elastic bands to create a little ruffle. Sweetheart front. Attached ties on each side that wraps to the back to create a bow. Large wide ruffle along the bottom. Fantastic condition. No flaws to note except for the pull that’s missing from the zipper and a very short area at the zipper where the stitches have come loose.
