Description: This is a 6" tall aluminum container measuring 5" in diameter. It has two lids, and great graphics making it resemble a big spool of royal blue thread with a needle tucked in the side. "Empire" and three red banners surround a lion's head on one lid, the other is advertising "The Silver Crane Company", and their fax number is provided! Don't see those too often anymore. "Made in England" is also printed on each lid. This unique tin is in excellent condition! The lids fit tightly, and can be a bit difficult to remove. They have a raised center, which I have not seen before. Once you are used to them, no problem! There are minimal scratches, no significant dents, and no rust.
