Vintage 56cm Tommasini Pista Bike FRAME FORK Campagnolo Fixed Gear Track Bicycle

Description: Vintage Tommasini 56cm Grosseto Lugged Steel Track / Pista Bike Frame & Fork Vintage Tommasini Italian Grosseto Racing Pista / Track Bike Frame and Fork that looks to be from the 1970s - 1980s Cycling boom era. Tommasini made some nice stuff although this frame set with stickers seems to be more mass produced. 56cm, Actual Size is: Seat tube 54.6cm Center to Center or 56cm Center to Top with a 55cm center to center top tube. The Head tube is 157mm tall. I assume the Frame is Columbus Steel Tubes, it has Italia cut out lugs, and Campagnolo Track dropouts. Frame is used, looks to be original paint with many nicks, scratches, tad bit of rust, & decal loss. The Fork is Not drilled while the rear bridge is drilled. Odd Combo. The 1" Threaded Fork has 100mm Spacing and the Frame has 120mm Rear Spacing. Tommasini didn't use serial numbers so pinpointing date is a tad hard, my educated guess is early 1970s. Frame set is on the Heavy side at a tad under 7 lbs, It's pretty bullet proof would make a Nice Rugged Street Machine. Italian Steel so Italian Bottom Bracket Threads.
