This is a fantastic, Vintage, QUALITY-MADE, larger-sized 4x2.2 foot, (48" x 26")Stitched, WEST GERMANY CIVIL* / Nautical Flag, with Heading and Grommets. *CIVIL FLAG: A civil flag is a version of the national flag that is flown by civilians on nongovernmental installations or craft. The use of civil flags was more common in the past to denote buildings or ships not crewed by the military. It was marked WEST GERMANY by the original owner, dating it from 1949 to 1990. Most likely 1970s-1980s as that's when most of the flags in this collection were purchased. It is in amazing condition!!! It was well-cared for and stored away.No rips, tears, or color-fade!!!
