Description: This party hat is in good condition overall, especially for age. Only thing to note is that the glittered die cut paper eagle emblem on front has a slight bend in one wing. Crepe paper is in really good condition, just a bit dusty. I think this might be Dennison or Beistle made, but there are no markings. Would make a great addition to your collection!
