Description: The old saying "you get what you pay for" is the truth. I bought these fabulous Maud Frizon boots at Nieman Marcus somewhere between '78-'79. I paid almost $2000 for the boot brand new. I am obsessed with shoes and rarely wear a pair often, but I did wear these a lot. They still look amazingly brand new especially for as old as they are--over 40 years! Vintage condition is excellent. I am in a severe fire zone in Northern California so rather than see them burn up I am selling them to someone who appreciates quality and great style! The size of these boots are 6 1/2-7. The measurements are: 16" high, 14" around the top of boot, 13 1/2 midway, 12" around the ankle area (hard to really measure) and the heel is 1/2". I will consider reasonable offer. Please ask any questions you may have. I have kept them all these years because they are works of art to me. I haven't worn them in over 20 years since my calves are a bit larger now. They are still supple and the calf hair is soft as well. I call them zebra boots since the stenciling seems to be that of a zebra. Please take care and measure the boots you may have now or simply your legs. I ship only to United States, and do not accept returns. I will consider reasonable offers. Thanks for looking!
