WALKER MAKERS Boxwood & Brass Bound, Broad Sized Folding Rule with Arch Joint. Plus, this example has steel tips, which typically indicates that it was made prior to 1850. I rate this ruler in GOOD - CONDITION overall. It is missing all 3 alignment pins, but still folds up nice and tight. The boxwood has some stains. Most of the numbers and markings are clear and easy to read. This example has been lightly cleaned and is ready for display. An early and uncommon example of a J.&G. H.
