Description: This is a vintage 1992 piece from the Mervyn's Christmas Village Square. It features a town crier in top hat with bell and proclamation. Item is approximately 4" tall and 2" wide. It is in gently used condition with no chips or cracks. This was from my mothers estate, smoke and pet free. There may be some paint imperfections, please see pictures.
