Description: This poster is from H.R. Giger's 1992 Expo in Sevilla, Spain promoting an art exhibition of the works of H.R. Giger to be held at the Pabellon De Suiza Museum in Switzerland and featuring classic art of H.R. Giger's Alien. H.R. Giger was an artist from Switzerland. He was born in 1941 and created a style of art that was completely his own: a sci-fi biomechanical technique that was dystopian and futuristic. Giger contributed to both movies, like the Academy Award-winningAlien and Jodorowsky's Dune, as well as album covers for bands like Danzig and Dead Kennedys. While he was a prominent figure in popular culture, he was still a well-regarded fine artist. There is a H.R. Giger museum in Switzerland and many galleries throughout the world show his work. Sadly, he died in 2014. This original H.R. Giger poster is from his 1992 expo in Sevilla, Spain and is absolute mint condition. Note: The picture shown is of an identical poster that was found online. The reason I didn't use my own is to avoid any potential bending while trying to straighten it out for photographs (it's still rolled in the carboard tube). Again, it is in flawless condition (unlike the imperfections shown in the listing pic). I can assure any collector's that they will be thrilled with its condition.
