Description: This is a NEW UNUSED VINTAGE 1990's Marlboro Adventure Team Red Large Hiking Backpack. The front and sides of it appear to be made out of wipe-able nylon canvas. I am not sure what the back is made out of but it is a smoother material so that it is not rough against your body. It also appears that the bag has a black nylon lining that covers some area. I did not look at everything to make sure everything has this black nylon lining. See photos. Unpacked, it is 18 in tall and 16 in wide. It has padded shoulder straps. It has a really neat nylon cover attached to the top of the interior. You can tighten this cover with an attached cord. By doing so the nylon cover will cover everything inside the knapsack. It is similar to a rain or bug shield. (see my photo that shows the knapsack lying on its back with the cover toward my camera) The softer back that is against your body is reinforced which makes it more rigid than the rest of the bag. There is: -- One pocket with a snap. This pocket is about 8.5 in x 6 in wide. -- Net pouch above the pocket described above. This net pouch is about 5 in wide and 5 in tall. -- Front large pocket with a very strong zipper that has a yellow tie on it to grab for easy opening. The pouch is about 11 in wide x 9.5 in tall. --- Note: This bag was never used so the zipper is a bit stiff. It works properly but needs to be used to loosen up. I put my camera case inside this pocket so that you can see what the inside of the pocket looks like. The camera case is not included in the sale. I put a piece of paper inside the large pocket so that you can see the size of it. I also took a close up photo of the zipper. -- Front large netted pouch - About 11 in wide x 6.5 in tall -- Insulated large tall pocket with lid that has Velcro to hold it closed -- About 9.5 in tall x 4 in wide x 2 in deep This is a really sturdy, well-made knapsack.
