Description: This listing contains a rare Vintage 1988 Pee Wee's Playhouse BILLY BALONEY Ventriloquist Dummy Puppet. This puppet does work- eyes move in both directions and mouth opens and closes. Condition: this doll is in really great condition for its age! As shown in pictures this doll looks new but has minor cosmetic flaws. There are small scuffs around the ears and the mouth as paint damage(common with this doll). The right color has a smudge that I believe can be cleaned with correct cleaning practices.
