Description: 1986 (Series 5) Hasbro G.I. Joe ~ Zandar v1 action figure 100% complete with file card.O-ring is getting a little loose but all the other joints seem to be tight. Elbows are uncracked. There is some play/paint wear in a few places and figure may be dusty or dirty in spots as well. 100% Complete - comes with all the accessories pictured. File card does have some minor creasing and a few other imperfections. Sold as is. Please see photos to fully gauge condition prior to purchase and please don't hesitate to ask me any questions.
