Description: Offering this vintage board game of sorts. The box reads, "STAR TREK - The Role Playing Game," The underside of the box is marked, "Copyright 1966, 1983. Paramount Pictures Corporation." NOTE: I'm not sure, but I "THINK" THIS IS THE FIRST EDITION OF THE GAME. The booklet marked, "CATALOG 1983 - 1" lists other supplements that will be available coming in March of 1983. I have seen this game with the same box top, but the photos on the underside of the others were in black & white, while THIS example has color photos. The game is COMPLETE with the various items listed on the underside of the box all being present. The 224 "illustrated counters" are un-punched. The contents are pretty much in NEAR MINT to MINT condition. The bottom / right corner of the "Basic Rule Rule Book" (same graphics as the box top) is a little "dinged." The BOX condition is FINE, with some light wear to the edges and tips of the corners. The box displays very nicely. This items is guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back.
