Description: Vintage 1982 Hot Wheels Workhourses 1689 Peterbilt Tank Truck 1979 base. I picked up a couple hundred vintage hot wheels at an estate sale. I'm not a collector and know very little about them. These cars are all carded. Please note that the cards are not mint. There are creases, dents in plastic bubbles, some tears, maybe even some stains or discoloration. The glue holding the bubble to the card could be weak or loose as well.
