Description: Vintage 1980s White Puff Princess Sleeve Wedding Dress Gown I am clearing out part of my vintage wedding dress collection. Estimated modern XS - but PLEASE see measurements to confirm and/or make your own best judgment call. Please keep in mind, when looking at the measurements, there really is not any stretch. This dress was soaked / hand laundered, but will absolutely need to be pressed / steamed. This will either be shipped in a large polymailer or folded and shipped in a box. Again, it will absolutely need to be pressed / steamed. FEATURES: Zip closure. Long sleeves. Pearl detailing. Lace appliqués. Puff princess sleeves. V-back. Train. Bow detail on back. COLOR: white with a slight off white undertone on appliqués WOUNDS FROM TIME: A couple of marks / spots I have not attempted to remove. Needs to be steamed. I think this likely had an additional train that attached via some buttons and a snap (I say this as there is an extra snap attached that does not go to the bow). The buttons (covered mostly by the bow) have some staining. Missing the eye part of the hook and eye. Some graying to lace on appliqués Important - there are a couple small issues with the hem where it’s come undone and some of the fabric has gotten messed up. See photos. Easily remedied by having the hem shortened half an inch or so. MATERIAL: likely synthetic Measurements taken flat and APPROXIMATE Shoulder to shoulder- 14.5 (taken at seam where puff sleeve attaches, so there’s likely a couple inches of wiggle room Shoulder to side of waist seam- 19” at side, 20” to bottom of basque waist Waist -13” Basque Waist seam (side to side - not at bottom point)- 16” Hips not taken due to full nature Chest front (underarm to underarm with bust darts taken into account)-19” with a little bit of wiggle room due to pleated nature of bust darts Chest back (underarm to underarm)- 15” Shoulder to front of hem- 58.5” Shoulder to end of train- 91” Sleeve length -23” at wrist. 25” at end of point I am 5’2” and weighed 100 pounds at the time the video was filmed.
