Description: Vintage 1970s Tri-Chem Feather Painting Kit Old but NIP Duster Brush + Instructions. I couldn’t find another one like this to compare it to. It has black dust in it which I believe is disintegrated foam brush. I cut a small hole in corner to pour some dust out. The teal blue colored feather duster looking brush is what I believe you paint with. Totally unusual fun crafty find. Ready for the adventurous artist.
