Has ILGWU Union Label ADGQ, another tag marked size 11/12 (size small), unknown fiber content. Hand strap sewn into the back to hold the train. There are some hooks sewn into the back waist-seam and loops on skirt for pinning up the train. The train has scattered small holes. See photos, a few other small holes in the dress and small repairs. Fabric is strong and wearable otherwise. A few small age related marks.
