If you look at the back side of the door there are three moving plates when you turn the dial if you turn the dial all the way in One direction you will see an opening in the first plate that will be your first letter combination.. turning it back the other direction will leave the first plate in stationary position and reveal the second combination moving the dial in the opposite direction again will reveal the third letter and your combination after you do this you will have the combination to the door and we'll be able to open it in the future. I have several of these available, all of them do not have the same number on the glass some of them do not have a number at all.. but all of them are made by the same company and have the same date on the reverse.. so you may not get the door in the photo.. please see all photos for details..4C
