If you aren't home, they will leave you a notice and you can pick it up at their place of business. This way everyone is covered. All packages are shipped with tracking available to the point of delivery. If your requests come after I print the label, and it adds more weight or size to the package, I have to void the label and repack and it will cost more to ship.
