Description: Vintage 1960's Longhair Muskrat Fur Capelet With Appraisal. See pictures to verify this item's condition! This is a used genuine longhair muskrat capelet. It is 27" long. It has sewn-in slits for arms and a couple of hooks to close the front. The fur is in good condition. The liner is intact with no tears in the fabric, but some liner stitching has come loose at the bottom. It was sold by The Lion Store, a prominent department store in Toledo, Ohio back then. There's no indication of the actual manufacturer. There is also a Garment Appraisal dated June 7, 2012, listing its value at the time at $2,000. It has been in storage ever since.
