Description: Offered here is a vintage lightweight PAPER sign picturing a giant can of Libby's CORNED BEEF. It is actually folded at the top, and was intended to be hung overhead on a dowel, or string, at a grocery store or super market. When folded, as seen in the FIRST photo, it measures 24 & 1/2 inches long. (When opened, it measures 49 inches long.) It is 17 & 1/2 inches wide at the bottom, and 14 & 3/4 inches wide near the top. In small print, the bottom is marked, "LITHO IN THE U.S.A." It does not have a date, but it appears to be from the 1960's - give or take. The condition is VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT. With some wear near the edges. No tears, large creases, or pin holes. The last picture above shows it with a 12 inch ruler, a dollar bill and a pencil, so that you can get an idea of the size. This is lightweight paper, NOT cardboard or heavy "card stock." It will be LOOSELY ROLLED FOR SHIPPING in a wide mailing tube.
