Nice Find! This is made of a black velvet type material. The size is approximately 7 1/4 inches in diameter by 3 inches tall, inside head opening is 5 3/4 inches by 6 1/4 inches. CONDITION: This is in Fair condition part of rhinestones is missing. The pictures are part of the description, so please view all pictures.
