Description: ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for an amazing vintage oil painting done on stretched canvas. Circa '60s. Artist. C. Berning. Theme: Abstract Shapes / Brutalist vibe. Colors: Purple, Black and White. The artwork is signed by the artist in the lower right-hand corner of the canvas (see photos). There is a wire hanging mechanism on the back side for hanging / display purposes. It is ready to be enjoyed in a new home. MEASUREMENTS: Including the frame, approx. 31 tall x 12.75" wide. CONDITION: Very good condition - no rips, holes, tears, stains, punctures, repairs, etc. There is a very small spot on the right side of the canvas where it looks like there was some color wear to the purple (see photo) - it certainly isn't a deal breaker, but we wanted to mention it for accuracy - it can easily be touched up or just left alone - we chose to leave it in the condition in which it was acquired. The frame is also in decent shape - it shows the traces of wear that are consistent with age and handling, but is structurally intact. Being sold "as-is", and "as-described".
