Vintage 1960 An Era In Anglican Theology (From Gore to Temple)

Description: Good Day! Up for sale today we have a pretty nice, old copy of An Era In Anglican Theology: From Gore to Temple. There is quite a bit of subheading/subtitle information on the title page, which I did take a photo of. The author is Arthur Michael Ramsey, D.D. This is a 1960 copy from Charles Scribner's Sons. As far as I can tell it is a first edition, though I'm not positive. Please view photos, as I did try to photograph the information pages so you can see things like dates, editors, publishers, contents, etc. The book is in pretty nice vintage, used shape. The pages are tanned, and they do have a few age spots and such. The covers are pretty faded and discolored, especially the spine. The book does have a name/date inscription on the inside front cover. This one does also have some red colored pencil underlining toward the back of the book on, I'd guess roughly 20-25 pages or so of the 192 page book. I didn't notice any rips, tears, large stains, etc. It is possible that there may be a very small rip or a very small bit of marking, small spots, a couple little creases or dog-ears, etc., as these are used books, and I have 2 cartloads of books to go through, and I just can't flip over every single page, but I'm generally pretty good at spotting issues. I did not see anything of note with these books other than the issues described above. That being said, the book(s) will have some age and use wear that is perfectly normal for being older, used books. The spine(s) are probably not as tight as they once were. They may have some smudges or a little light discoloration, etc. Just think of it as the kind of thing you'd find at a thrift store or garage sale. Someone's old, used books. This book came from a large library of religious/religious studies book owned by, I believe, a pastor or reverend.
