Description: My mother-in-law was a Sesqui-Belle for the Williamsport, Pennsylvania Sesquicentennial event in July 1956. She would have been 19 at the time. The celebration was in honor of the city's founding 150 years earlier in 1806. The pin is 1.75" across and features the Sesqui-Belle image and event information in pink, white, and black. The front is in nice condition. The back does have some minor, age-related rusting but the pin is intact and works. A fun addition to a Williamsport Pennsylvania souvenir collection or a great memory for anyone who was a Belle or the descendant of a Belle for that event.
