Vintage 1950s Chenille Bedspread 102” x 90” Apple Green, Pink, Yellow Flowers

Description: Classic ,1950s all-season weight chenille bedspread for all seasons in a floral and scroll/polka dot, linear and checkered corner pattern. Very desirable and hard to find apple green colors! Makes for a sentimental and practical gift for the vintage lover in your life! I collect and sell textiles and this one is in very good condition, perfect for the collector! Colors are apple green, coral peach, yellow, pink. Measurements are 90x102". There are some areas of stitch loss or loosening that are hard to see on the right side because the stitch rows are a 1/4" apart and it looks fluffy and intact! Reverse side shows where chain stitch is short or has loose threads. 1) A couple of brownish spots on the reverse, very small2) Some tiny black specs or line work tracings on the reverse where the design was traced in marking ink as part of the manufacturing process and hand-turned through a chenille-stitch machine.3) No fading, no odors.4) Removed from original estate cardboard box and soaked to remove storage dust, looks unused or lightly used and comes to you freshly laundered. This item should be hand washed preferably or machine washed gentle cycle and hung to dry to reduce chenille loss. See pictures and ask questions, there is a no return policy.
