Description: Up for bid is an original vintage pre-owned 1950s -60s Ol’ Bossy Half Gallon Glass Milk Bottle Jug. Found at an estate sale of a collector of vintage and antique bottles. A great find for all vintage milk bottle collectors. This is an original Ol’ Bossy Half Gallon Glass Milk Bottle Jug. Both sides of the bottle have the words in blue "Ol’ Bossy Milk Jug, Your Best food Buy – In The Ol’ Bossy Jug-“ with a "Dairy Cow" Emblem. These are hard to find bottles. It measures about 9 1/2" tall by 4 3/4" diameter at the base. In used condition with some general wear from use and storage. There are some typical scratches/scuffs on the bottom and sides from recycle/crate wear (It is difficult to see in the pictures). There is a small crack in the glass above one of the emblems.
