Description: The New Century Dictionary: Volume One (A — pocket veto) & Volume Two (pock-mark — zymurgy & Supplements) was printed in 1948. It has some minor shelf wear, notably at the crown and foot of the spine and some scuffing. Volume One has a distressed binding, with a break near the back of the book. Volume Two's binding is much better, but with books this size, binding is always going to be an issue. There is some light foxing and aging of the pages. This two volume edition is a great conversation piece and would look great in a library or study.
