This reprint of "She" is "C-23" in the list of titles in the University Library of Classics series. (see pictures) "She" is generally considered to be one of the classics of imaginative literature and with 83 million copies sold by 1965, it is one of the best-selling books in history. It followed his most famous novel, King Solomon's Mines, and "Allan Quatermain". King Solomon's Mines is sometimes considered the first of the Lost World genre. CONDITION: Used Acceptable condition Spine /Binding; spine ends have light bumping, gilt titles faded yet still clear. Binding - text block separated at rear end paper, material worn through at front end paper. Text has red topstain now faded.Covers are unmarked and show wear at corners; front top corner has been bent in past.Pages are unmarked and otherwise unworn. Dust jacket, , is also in very good condition: whole, bright, and unmarked, 1/2 in chipout from the rear bottom edge, smaller loss of material at spine ends and flap folds.Dust jacket is now protected by a mylar cover.Please review all photos.
