Description: This is an original vintage (1940s) Chippendale style two-tier wall shelf featuring scroll cut sides with rosettes, turned spindles, and finials, and two drawers in the bottom with the original brass pulls. The shelf appears to be solid mahogany, but I am not a wood expert, so please look closely at the photos. The shelf is in excellent condition and is sturdy, solid, and fully functional. There is only very minor, light surface wear, and no stains or other obvious damage to the finish. There is a tight crack in the upper back corner where the hanger is screwed into the wood, but nothing is loose and both hangers are securely attached. The drawers open and close smoothly as they should. The shelf measures 25" L x 6" D x 17 5/8" H and there is 10" of space between the shelves. Inside measurements of the drawers are 10 3/8" L x 4 5/8" W x 2" H. This item will be packed securely and fully insured during shipping.
