It’s in used condition, with minor wear and fading on some of the edges and on the outside and inside of the hat. And in places on the ribbon, as shown in the photos. The outside brim measures 9” 3/4 by 8” 3/4 inches. The inside of the hat measures 3” 1/2 wide by 5” inches wide. Seems to fit like a M/L.
