Description: Here is a great original old costume party hat, it is made of crepe paper and has lots of colors. I found it in a scrapbook where everything was circa 1930s, there were a few other Halloween items in there as well (a napkin, a tally card, and a little bit of artwork). It is 11” x 7” laid down flat. It has some bits of paper glued on the back, where it was attached to the scrapbook. These could probably be removed by dampening the areas for a few hours but I don’t want to mess with it, as the paper is fragile. Otherwise, it is in good shape, see the photos.
