Description: Vintage 1930's Bavaria Cake Plate Hand Stenciled Raised Accents Pearlescent Trim This unique dessert plate is 9.5" across.It has no crazing, cracks, or chips.The design features a pink rose with blue flowers on each side of the plate. Each corner of the plate has a stenciled flower with pearlescent orange covering the corner above it.The inner edge of the center has a purple ring of pearlescent purple.On two sides opposite one another is a raised relief design that the rose and flowers are applied over.The color choice and mix of design applications makes this a very unique find. Paint is worn on some areas of plate, not badly, but you notice it if you look up close. Back of plate is stamped Bavaria.
