Description: Here is a Vintage 1930's 1940's Sparton 6 Volt Chime Horn for Parts or Restore. It appears to be complete and in good overall condition. I did bench test this with a six volt power source but it did not make any noise. It is not seized because the internals spin but act as though it is not powering it enough to attain speed that will produce results.
