Based on my best translation this seems to be from a trade show of the N. O. Trade Association with the large center text THE EMPLOYEE. The side with the seated figure seem to translate to UNITED STRENGTH MAKES YOU STRONG. The only edge lettering is J.C. The token diameter is approximately 2” with a weight of 44 grams. I am not able to determine the composition. There is edge damage as indicated in the pictures. Vintage 1888 Vienna Trade Show 2” Token - The Employee. Condition is "Used".
