Autographed by Dan Malan who introduced the book on the Half Title page as shown. Published by MCE Publishing Co. in 1996, First Edition. Hardcover Book and Dust Jacket are in Very good condition with some very light edge wear. There are a couple small spots on 2 pages. This is in nice condition.
