Martin H.Rumpf bought the patent from Wilhelm and began manufacturing it from 1889 under his name.This sewing machine is a very rare item and coveted by collectors. Its operating system is unique. It has a rope that is attached to a pedal, by operating the pedal, the rope winds up and unrolls from the shaft and causes the sewing machine to work. It includes the original wooden case, the piece that is used to hold the machine to a table and the iron pedal. He also keeps the rope. It is a small machine, made of cast iron, enamelled in glossy black and fully decorated. All the decoration is original, based on geometric motifs and plant scenes in gold, green and orange colours. We can see the name of the machine "L'Incomparable" on the base. It is undoubtedly a very curious, rare and precious machine. On the chrome base we see the name of the manufacturer M.H.
